We are seeking an HR Generalist to support key human resources functions at a growing Chanhassen, MN Client. This role is an incredible opportunity to show your broad HR knowledge, make positive changes internally and grow your resume! Role will involve: employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and workforce development tracking. This position also serves as a primary HR contact for employees and management while helping maintain compliance, support business operations, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to employee and workplace inquiries and assist with issue resolution
• Conduct fair and thorough workplace investigations related to complaints, harassment, discrimination, or policy concerns
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies
• Coordinate training programs and HR projects
• Responsible for supporting and guiding recruiting efforts done primarily by HR Coordinator
• Support compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
• Promote a positive work environment through proactive communication and conflict resolution
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of HR experience (generalist experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Compensation
Salary range for Qualifications currently listed: $75,000 – $90,000, based on education, experience, skills, and position level.
