We’re looking for a Contract recruiting assistant for a full-time, in-office on-site role to cover a leave at a client doing tons of hiring. You’ll be responsible for full cycle recruiting activities from posting ads and interviewing to strategizing with hiring managers and making/sending out offers and a number of related recruiting and administrative tasks. Requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience. Pay rate range is $35-40/hour depending on experience. Must have ATS experience and preference for experience in the trades. The role is not a heavy sourcing role but some will be involved. Great environment without the micro-management. Must successfully pass background check(s).

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a staffing agency or corporate TA role.
• Recruiting Expertise Preferred: Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Sales/Marketing or combination of other Professional disciplines.
• Drive: Innate passion for helping others ethically while delivering great results.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
