Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation Options Available: $55K-$60K Base + Uncapped Commission Structure; or Higher Base + Capped Commission

Staffing Partners is a premier professional staffing firm in the Twin Cities with over 40 years of serving the best clients and candidates in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding area. We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as a direct-hire employee. This is a Full Desk role, with the option (not a mandate) to expand into Sales and Client Services if that’s on your career bucket list.
The Daily Mission
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced search tools and implement your creative ideas and approaches to identify top-tier professional talent for top-tier clients.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through final offer and onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Help Others First – Be a Trusted advisor to Candidates navigating the Twin Cities market and to Clients seeking advice from our decades of experience…without putting a Dollar sign on everyone and everything!
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside senior partners to fill high-priority professional roles in a your opinion matters culture.
Schedule & Flexibility (Hybrid) – After 6 months
- In-Office (Eden Prairie, MN): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (Flexible on days)
- Work From Home: Tuesday & Friday (Flexible on days)

What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a staffing agency or corporate TA role.
- Recruiting Expertise Preferred: Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Sales/Marketing or combination of other Professional disciplines.
- Drive: Innate passion for helping others ethically while delivering great results.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
